SPRINTS COACHING

Our sprints coach provides dynamic drills and expert coaching at Monday evening training. Training plans are tailored to meet the Team's needs, generating strong results for both individual members and the wider Club.


ENDURANCE COACHING

Our endurance sessions both on the track and on grass, planned by our XC Captains Adam and Katie give our members the best preperation for BUCS and league races. Combined with dedicated training, our members consistently perform to the highest standards. 


OPEN TRACK SESSIONS

Our Open Track sessions are the perfect opportunity to train individually on the track and work through your own session. They run on Wednesday afternoons from 3-5 pm.


STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Circuits and S&C are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and are designed to reduce injury risk by correcting muscle imbalances and improving muscle activation, as well as increasing the efficiency of running biomechanics; which most importantly results in improved running performance.


LMC PHYSIO 

LMC Physio offers club members a 10% exclusive discount on Physiotherapy and Sports Therapy assessments and treatments. The discount has been added to their system, so members simply need to mention that they are a WUAXC member when making an appointment.
