Taster sessions


We'll be running free taster sessions for the first week of term this January, so join us and find out what it's like to be part of our Athletics community. Whether you're a seasoned athlete, looking to try something new, or just trying to stay fit and healthy, we have a range of activities to suit all abilities.

Our taster sessions will include:

  • Introductory track and cross-country events

  • Running technique and drills

  • Strength and conditioning
